Freshjive was created in 1989 by Rick Klotz and friends as a response to the things they were interested in, such as skareboarding, surfing, music, nightlife and the Los Angeles inner city lifestyle.

Freshjive is the first street wear company from L.A. fusing the influence of action sports, inner city and nightlife music. Freshjive was at the forefront of introducing related music influences to the clothing market. Today, the influences are still coming from the same place... FRESHJIVE!
